Connecting To Conference Room Calendars With Outlook 2011 For Mac
I am trying to get an iPad to list Exchange room resources in its calendar. I have set up an account for the iPad to connect to exchange with it's own mailbox. This account has full access to the room resources (this was mainly for my ease of testing). I have set up a Room Resource mailbox on Exchange 2013 and am trying to get the calendar to display in OSX's calendar app. I have granted free/busy permissions to Group A and set the default to none and anonymous to none. User A who is a member of Group A on OSX 10.8.5 can see the room resources displayed in Calendar similar to. User B who is also a member of Group A on OSX 10.8.5 does not get a list in Calendar. User B can access the calendar using Outlook 2011. Users C through Z are also like User B. Is there some special check box I am missing to get it working for Users B through Z?

Working with Rooms in Office 365: • • • • • • Simply schedule your appointment and include the room within the appointment/meeting request just like any other invitee! The room will automatically accept in most cases (some rooms will require an authorization). You will be able to add the room resource calendars to your calendar view in Office 365 (just as you would add any other person), but you can see the resource’s availability in your appointment request just like your other attendees.
